Very interesting method. I would like to know to what extent does this method includes public institutions? Also, to what extent is the legal system important in trying to start this kind of initiatives in other countries?
I’m a anti-corruption activist from Paraguay currently leading projects to empower youth in the struggle for greater transparency. ICTs are definitely the way to go, I believe.
Thanks for the presentation!
