TI Chair Huguette Labelle speaks about building transparency

TI Chair Huguette Labelle was in Chile this week to gave the keynote speech at an international seminar on “Transparency as Modernization of the State” (the video is first in Spanish, then in English).

The seminar was hosted by Chile’s Council for Transparency, which is responsible for promoting and overseeing Chile’s Access to Information law.

The seminar was inaugurated by Sebastian Piñera, the President of Chile.
